Irvine market check in for the week of 7/20 👇 Both single family and condo markets nudged into a Slight Seller’s Advantage this week. 🏡 Single-family: median list $2,298,000, MAI at 36 (up from 35), inventory at 359 and rising 🏢 Condos: median list $1,249,450, MAI also 36 (up from 34), inventory at 492 and rising Prices are still adjusting (30% of single-family listings and 36% of condo listings took a cut this week) but with sales outpacing new inventory, that pressure should start to ease soon.
